Welcome to the Brennan and Associates Investigator Training Course.  We have developed an online training course which covers our own company guidelines, policies and procedures, as well as industry codes of conduct and client service level guidelines. Our clients require all investigators to be fully trained and knowledgeable in a number of key areas in order to satisfy the industry regulator and to improve the knowledge and skill set of all accredited investigators.

As a result of significant changes to our industry in recent times we have developed a training experience which requires our investigators to learn and understand not only our internal policies, but also important industry codes and regulations.  The training course will be completed in sections where the investigator will have to read and understand the course study material, before then undergoing a knowledge check test which will require a 100% score before allowing the investigator to move on to the next module.

The purpose of these tests is to make sure you understand what is required of you as a professional investigator. If you don’t get 100% the first time….don’t worry, just try again! If anyone needs any guidance we are only a phone call away. Over time we will add modules to the course and ask investigators to add to their knowledge base.  The main study documents which you will need to read and understand will be our Company Induction and Policy Handbook, and a number of internal policies such as our Privacy Policy, Data Security Policy and Vulnerable Persons Policy. You will also need to read and understand specific client guidelines.  All relevant study documents will be uploaded into the course framework library so everything is accessible for a fast, easy learning experience.
